The property was clean, recently painted and ready for my arrival. I had a couple minor problems the air conditioner quit but readily fixed after I called. The living room light, bulb broke in the socket when I tried to change it, maintenance man fixed lighting problems with a day of calling. The realtor of the property was always quit to call me back and respond. There could be some updating of furniture in the unit(dishes, pots and pans, new mattress, towels etc. but overall it is a functional unit in a nice area .
