Very nice property. Secure, spacious, clean, nice fitness center in the building, 2-minute walk to the private beach. Nice balcony, beautiful view of the gulf. Building in front blocks view of the sunset (in the winter months), so you walk to the beach for the sunset. I highly recommend this property.
