This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beauty sleeps 6 and offers a view of the emerald, green water of the Gulf of Mexico from every bedroom. The condo is located on the second floor with a private, spiral staircase down to the pool. It features an expansive private terrace perfect for soaking in the beauty of white sand and warm breezes while having breakfast or watching the sunset. This floor plan features 2 master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, cozy sitting area, and its own private master bath with a tub and a separate shower. The second master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bath with a garden tub and separate shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with bathroom with shower.
The living room is stunning with its 9'4" ceilings, a 60' flat screen TV, and all new furnishings that have been tastefully selected and well appointed. The kitchen has Quartz Counter tops, Wood Cabinets with Crown Molding, and Samsung Appliances and a Bosch dishwasher. Cable and Wi-Fi are included at no additional cost. Everything about the unit says come and stay awhile!
This unit is a monthly rental (min 28-31 days). During Season (Jan - Apr) the unit is available by calendar months only - Jan 1-31; Feb 1-28/29; Mar 1-31 or Apr 1-30. During off-Season (May - Dec) a calendar month is not required but the unit must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.
At the beach parking is always scarce but the units come with 2 assigned covered parking space. Community amenities to include a heated Pool, Spa, gas grills, and is a gated community.
This home is perfect for a "flexcation" - you can sit on one of the many balconies and work while the family frolics on the beach.
Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in vacation rentals unless arranged in advance. Any unapproved pet is prohibited and could result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet. One (1) pet up to 35 pounds is acceptable with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/VRBO "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $2,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
