Welcome to Barefoot Bungalow!
This beautiful bungalow features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Tucked away in a quaint neighborhood 1 mile from the beach, you will find the relaxing vacation you deserve! The hardest decision each day will be if it is a beach or pool day or what fun restaurant you want to eat at or if it is a grilling night.

Float in the pool! Sit outside on the outdoor sectional and read your favorite book! When you come home from the beach, kick off your flip-flops and relax in your private pool area.

Once you step inside our home, you will find an open floor plan with a beautiful and airy Florida room where you can relax and have your coffee or margarita. If you need to work, there is a desk overlooking the pool.

This newly renovated house offers a spacious and airy kitchen/dining area with a large table and a center island seating for 4. Bedrooms include new furniture and mattresses. Living area features a sofa, loveseat, and a smart, flat screen tv.

First bedroom features a King size bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a full-size bunkbed which also has a small flat screen tv with an Xbox 360. The third bedroom features a queen size bed. A second bathroom is in a hallway near the second and third bedrooms. A highchair and pack/play are available for the younger guests.

This property features a pool area with loungers, outdoor sectional, BBQ grill and outdoor dining table with umbrella. This is a perfect area for entertaining or simply relaxing.

This comfortable home has a wonderful location, as its tucked away in the residential area but close enough to everything you need! You will be conveniently close to dining, shopping, CVS, Starbucks, miniature golf over live alligators, water sports, fishing, golf course and family attractions. We are close to Tampa where you can spend the day at Busch Gardens or take a day trip to Disneyworld. Clearwater Beach is down Gulf Boulevard in one direction and John's Pass is down Gulf Boulevard in the other direction.

Rent a boat from Island Marine Rentals and go up and down the intercoastal where dolphins usually come and greet you. A nature park is right down the road which is a great place to go on a walk or even have a picnic with your family.

As our guests, you will have access to the whole home, except for the garage, where we store our personal items. The pool and lawn are maintained on a weekly basis.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/VRBO "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $2,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
