If you are looking for a place to bring the family this cozy house consists of 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms and sleeps 6. The master bedroom is roomy and has a king bed. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen bed and Guest bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. The living area is an open floor plan with a spacious living room, dining area and eat-in kitchen. You will enjoy watching the water from your own private dock! Cable and Wi-Fi are included at no additional cost. The laundry area includes a full-size washer and dryer.

This unit is a monthly rental (min 28-31 days). During Season (Jan - Apr) the unit is available by calendar months only - Jan 1-31; Feb 1-28/29; Mar 1-31 or Apr 1-30. During off-Season (May - Dec) a calendar month is not required but the unit must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.

This is a family friendly place with enough to keep you entertained all day. This home located on the intercoastal waterway is just steps to the beach. To make your vacation even more enjoyable the owners have provided beach umbrellas, toys for the children, coolers, and a variety of other items you will not find in a hotel. You will have a BBQ grill and easy access to Groceries, Pharmacy, Library, Tennis Courts, Miniature Golf, Restaurants, and the Beach!

With 25 miles of beautiful beaches, the Gulf is the perfect vacation spot! You will be able to find museums like the world-renowned Dali Museum, theatres, music venues, The Florida Orchestra, and some historical locations. Shoppers will greatly enjoy the John's Pass Village in Madeira Beach or Seminole City Center just a short drive from the beach.

You will want to come back to this home away from home every year! Time flies when you are having so much fun!

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/VRBO "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $2,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
