Welcome to Redington Towers 14C located on Redington Shores Beach

This modern beachfront condo is located on the 14th floor and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
You will find a large balcony that overlooks the shimmering blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is accessible from the living area as well as the master bedroom.
The beautiful large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a home cooked meal and overlooks a lovely dining area with a gorgeous modern chandelier.
The tastefully decorated living area has a flat screen smart TV and a queen-size pull-out sofa that can sleep 2 comfortably.
The master bedroom boasts a sleek and modern design offering a king-size bed, flat screen Roku TV and has a full ensuite bathroom offering a walk in shower.
You will find 2 full-size bunk beds in the guest bedroom with another full- size bathroom located across the hall that also has a walk in shower.

You have access to a gulf view heated pool, beach, exercise room, ping pong tables, small library, covered parking, 24-hour security at gated entrance, community grills and more. There are coin operated laundry rooms on each floor for added convenience.

This unit is a monthly rental (min 28-31 days). During Season (Jan - Apr) the unit is available by calendar months only - Jan 1-31; Feb 1-28/29; Mar 1-31 or Apr 1-30. During off-Season (May - Dec) a calendar month is not required but the unit must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.

Redington Shores is between World Famous John's Pass, with restaurants and shopping and Clearwater Beach with the Pirate Ships Cruises, boat rentals and more restaurants and shopping. There is no shortage of places to eat (besides your kitchen). For a great Breakfast or Lunch, Kenny's Corner is nearby. Less than a mile to your South is Conch Republic, Friendly Tavern, Sweet Sage, and The Frog Pond. The Beach Trolley travels everyday on Gulf Blvd from St. Pete to Clearwater Beaches, with frequent stops throughout.

The Town of Redington Shores has 4 parks, 5 public beach accesses, a causeway park area outfitted with benches for relaxing and fishing, and a community recreation area with basketball courts. 2 playground areas and 2 tennis courts are nice kid-friendly havens used by visitors and locals alike. You will find wide, white-sand beaches, abundant fishing, boating and lots of wildlife to watch. Come watch the sunrise over Boca Ciega Bay, and later, enjoy the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.
Don't forget about your days soaking up the sun at the beach while swimming in the gentle surf or shelling along the sea shore. We guarantee you will have a fun-filled vacation while visiting Redington Shores!

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The complex is equipped with a coin operated washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/VRBO "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $2,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
