Be among the first to enjoy the recently renovated in 2022 beauty. Everything about this unit speaks to the care the owners put into their new home away from home. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit sleeps 4 and has views that will take your breath away. The views from this unit get you coming and going. The front door opens on to a private balcony with views of the intercoastal. The living room and master bedroom open on to a large balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf. Walking from the front door to the elevator, all I can say is have your camera ready for this panoramic view. The open floor plan offers a cozy space to relax and enjoy your vacation. The master bedroom has a King bed and full bathroom. The guest bedroom features a Queen bed and adjacent full bath. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing a home cooked meals or leisurely breakfast. Ther is coin operated Laundry facitities on each floor Cable and Wi-Fi are included at no additional charge and your covered parking space is assigned.

You have access to a gulf view heated pool, beaches, exercise room, ping pong tables, a library, covered parking, 24-hour security, a community grill, planned activities, and more. There are laundry units on each floor. Two elevates insure a short wait for access to our unit.

This unit is a monthly rental (min 28-31 days). During Season (Jan - Apr) the unit is available by calendar months only - Jan 1-31; Feb 1-28/29; Mar 1-31 or Apr 1-30. During off-Season (May - Dec) a calendar month is not required but the unit must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.

Redington Shores is between World Famous John's Pass with restaurants, shopping and alligators and Clearwater Beach with Pirate Ships, boat rentals and more shopping and eating. There is no shortage of places to eat (besides your kitchen). For a great Breakfast or Lunch, Kenny's Corner is nearby. Less than a mile is Conch Republic, Friendly Tavern, Sweet Sage, and The Frog Pond. The Beach public Trolley travels on Gulf Blvd from St. Pete to Clearwater Beaches.

The Town of Redington Shores has 4 parks, 5 public beach accesses, a causeway with benches for relaxing and fishing, and a community recreation area with basketball courts and a large children's playground. You will find wide, white-sand beaches, abundant fishing, boating, parks, and plentiful wildlife. Come watch the sunrise over Boca Ciega Bay, and later, enjoy the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. Go shelling along the shoreline. Two playground areas and two tennis courts are nice kid-friendly havens used by visitors and locals alike.

Redington Shores provides a relaxing escape with its slow and friendly pace. Come and stay awhile.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The complex is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/VRBO "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $2,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
