This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a King size bed with an ensuite full bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a full bed and twin bed. The open floor plan offers ample space to relax and enjoy your vacation. The living room opens to the large balcony that overlooks the sparkiling turquoise waters of the
Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully equipped and is perfect for preparing a home cooked meal. A full size washer and dryer is located in the condo adding extra convenience.

The complex boasts immaculate manicured grounds, large private community pool and bbq grilling area. This condo comes with one assigned parking spot and one guest spot on a first come first serve basis.

Redington Shores is between World Famous John's Pass with a wide variety of shopping and resturaunts to choose from and Clearwater Beach that offers Pirate Ships cruises, boat rentals and more resturaunts and shopping. The Shores is located next door to Kenny's Corner Diner, great for breakfast and lunch.

The Town of Redington Shores has 4 parks, 5 public beach accesses, a causeway with benches for relaxing and fishing, and a community recreation area with basketball courts and a large children's playground. You will find wide, white-sand beaches. Two playground areas and tw that offer lots of sun filled activities to enjoy.



Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/VRBO "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $2,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
