Beautifully decorated 2 bed, 3 bath plus den condo on the eleventh floor has a wonderful view of the gulf from the lanai. Lanai has plenty of seating for relaxing or enjoy meals while looking out over the gulf. The living room has a built-in bar for entertaining and lots of comfortable seating. There is an open kitchen with a dining area, or you can use the formal dining room. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and entry to the lanai. A cozy den offers a view of the gulf, desk, queen size sleeper sofa, walk in closet and a full, private bath. Master bedroom contains a King bed, screened lanai, with a walk-in shower in the master bath. There is also a King in the guest bedroom, a separate screened lanai, and a walk-in shower in the bath. Both bedrooms have a walk-in closet. The tram stop for Pelican Bay is just on the ground floor, no need to drive to the depot.
